Deprecation of Rupees and increase input cost have given reason to all manufacture and all major players started increasing the price but last month Maruti Suzuki was on hold and analyzed the other player. Now, Maruti also has increased all its range prices except Swift Dzire sedan. The new price hike is approx 3.4% which makes car costlier from 2,400 to 17,300 INR.

Maruti is planning to become the first company with all models on CNG.

The Latest upcoming trend in Indian automobiles industry will be CNG driven vehicles. Maruti riding on there sales of CNG vehicles has planned to launch its complete range in CNG. Currently, Maruti has Alto, Eeco, Maruti SX4 sedan, WagonR and Estilo in there fleet as CNG. In All there are 11 models built in India and Next move from maruti CNG expected in Dzire, Swift, Ritz, A-Star, Omni, Gypsy models.
